1. Water can corrode the oil pump, so it is forbidden to use an oil pump to evacuate substances containing water. Please use a water pump to evacuate in room 1210.
2. For substances containing a large amount of solvents, please first remove most of the solvent in the oven before using an oil pump to evacuate.
3. Use the vacuum pump in the correct order to prevent backflow.
After using the vacuum oven, be sure to do a good job of cleaning and wipe the glass windows of the vacuum oven clean.
5. Clean the surface with rust proof oil.
6. Remove the rust proof oil from the interior of the governor and fuel injection pump, and add the specified grade of lubricating oil.
7. The rust proof oil in the fuel pipeline should also be removed before use. Connect the fuel to the fuel injection pump pipeline and continuously rotate the camshaft of the fuel injection pump until clean fuel is sprayed from the tight seat of the fuel outlet valve.
8. Reasonable selection of fuel.
9. Use fuel with appropriate labeling. Generally, 0-grade diesel is used in summer, and -10 grade light diesel is used in winter.
10. The fuel used should be clean and free from any impurities or moisture.
